If you're anything like us, you just excitedly skipped through the pages and the detailed info. So here's the scoop - we want to coach you for free as long as you're willing to put some skin in the game, a fully refundable deposit in play so to speak and actually commit each day and do your part. We're going to invest tons of time, knowledge and expertise in helping you and we need to know you're 100% committed in return for taking part for free for 28 days.

Our intention is to get you some amazing results and give you a great experience, so much so, that we hope you stay afterwards. But you're not obligated to by any stretch (spoiler**most people stay because they love our programme so much - you've been warned)

The deposit conditions below are not there to catch you out, but to make sure you take the steps that will guarantee you exceptional results. As long as complete them your deposit of £127 will be refunded to you within 4 days of completing Phase 1. The refundable conditions are:

1) You submit before pictures before you start and after pictures within 3 days of finishing the 28 days. Your before pics must be signed off by me first. They must be uploaded to the app
2) Written or video testimonial within 3 days of finishing (I’ll supply what to cover and where to post it)
3) You attend your phase 2 call booked at the 21 day point.
4) Track your food everyday using my fitness pal and tracking body stats. (weight every x1 per week and body measurements every x1 per week) I'll show you how to do it.
5) Check In each week and complete progress report.
5) Full honesty and transparency - if there's something you’re not sure of or if you need something in the plans adjusted to suit your lifestyle - just let me know and I'll make the necessary changes.
